chore: bump version to 0.8.0

Covers the #19-#27 fridge/washer coverage-gap batch: FlexWash (WV) and washer/dryer combo detection, the CV_FDR_ flex-zone fix (also closes #32), the Cool Select Zone pantry select, and the new energy sensors.
