fix: add missing ice_type 'off' state translation

The refrigerator fixture's x.com.samsung.da.iceType.supported list includes "Off" alongside the whiskey_iceball_* values, but strings.json only translated the whiskey_iceball options, leaving "Off" to render untranslated in the ice-type select.
